1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Hezi God ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our storefront, booking a camp, clinic, or appearance, or purchasing merchandise, you ("Client" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Athletic Participation & Physical Activity Waiver
Basketball involves strenuous physical activity, contact, and high-impact movement. By registering for or attending any Hezi God camp, clinic, or event, participants and their legal guardians (if applicable) acknowledge and agree that:
- The participant is physically fit and capable of engaging in rigorous athletic activity.
- Participation involves inherent risk of physical injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, and muscle tears.
- You release Ryan "Hezi God" Carter, Hezi God, and hosting facilities or event venues from liability for injuries sustained during activities.
3. Event & Facility Code of Conduct
Participants and spectators are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, respect for staff, and care for facilities. Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or property damage will result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Bookings & Payments
All camp, clinic, and appearance bookings must be reserved and paid in advance through our authorized platform checkout. We do not accept unconfirmed walk-in appointments.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
