- Participant Profile: Age, and relevant medical/injury considerations for camp registrations.
- Payment Data: Handled securely via encrypted PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g. Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers directly.
2. Protection of Youth & Minor Information
Because some of our camps and clinics involve youth participants, we prioritize minors' privacy. Registration and consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not sell or market youth personal data to third parties.
3. Video & Media Recording Consent
During camps, clinics, and appearances, promotional photography or video may occasionally be captured for Hezi God and SnatchBack University marketing materials. Participants may request exclusion in writing.
